Fully agree, everything else in the Axe is named so we know what it’s based on so why not the mics? Can’t see how it would be a backward step.

Display Protection for Fractal Gear

Has anyone outside Europe successfully ordered from these guys recently? I placed an order about 5 weeks ago haven't received anything yet, no response to email to check on status of order. Still hoping they're somewhere in the shipping system as these look like really good protectors. Thanks.

Why does Fractal let Dealers out side the USA Rip users off so much ?

Interesting how everyone leaps to the defence of distributors with rip-off level pricing - oh there is freight, tax, staff cost, insurance etc. US based retailers pay all these costs and still manage to sell with a positive margin. International distributors are getting stock at wholesale...

Mute Studio Monitors?

Once again thanks for all the suggestions, really appreciate it - I think after some research I'll probably get a Behringer Monitor 1. I did want to try using the Axe-Fx as a sound card as suggested by Jeries. I set the default speaker output of the PC to the Axe-Fx but get no sound using Apps...

Definitely looks like one of these Studio Monitor Controllers will be the simplest and lowest cost solution....thanks for the suggestions Stratman68 - monitors are Genelec so switch is on the back. With my set up a bit difficult to get to.

Thanks - this could be a great solution - run it between the mixer outs and the monitors so I can keep a mix in the phones whilst muting the monitors.

Hi Chris Unfortunately it does - the level of the output volume control sort of sets the range in which the phones volume works. If the output is set to zero then no phones signal even if phones volume is maxed.
