Matrix NL212 grill cloth removal???

Why does this message keep coming up when I open AxeEdit?

I've noticed that whenever I open Axe Edit, this message pops up. The first time it happened, I just clicked, "ok" and let it do its thing... but I notice that it seems like it's happening just about every time. Is this normal or is something going on that shouldn't be? Thanks for any help. :)
