    It helped me a lot. I almost gave up on live performances. Cramps occurred in the left hand after an hour of playing. I started exercising (varigrip) and after two weeks I have no more problems. Now every day, four sets of 100.

    I use Modern Expander. That way you have something like Decimator G strings II, first one in input block eliminate your guitar noise and second one eliminate noise after preamp from drive pedals, and all gain stages in chain.

    Yes, noise gate block. Way I use it is one in input block (not noise gate block because you have one in input block) and one (noise gate block) first after preamp section of your amp or after INPUT 3. 4CM also, no amp block from Fractal unit.
