I deleted all the drivers and anything else I could find in system files including preferences and I'm still facing the same issue. Maybe I'm just unlucky that this is happening to me?

My AxeFX II isn't visible in Audio MIDI Setup until I re-install the driver after a reboot. I tried the command line for Core Audio Kill (sudo pkill coreaudiod) with no luck either. I've never encountered this before, it's weird.

I'm using a new Mac Studio and my Axe FX II works well with it. But if I restart my computer I have to re-install the USB driver otherwise my Mac wont see it. Is there a way to unsintall the driver or fix the Mac forgetting what to do with my beloved Axe FX II? Cheers. Tony

I guess the extension of my thought was that if the fine people at Fractal can create custom effects and amps, then why can’t we? Overdrives and distortions would be the easiest slot to allow a custom effect for. If the cloned effect had controls locked out I wouldn’t mind as I usually have...

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't own a MFC-101. There are other controllers out there that will suit my purposes better. ie. Ones with colour coded programable screens instead of the magnetic stick on label style controllers around ;) Tony

This makes sense and no sense at all. I want to be able to switch the wah on and off like a real wah, not worry about speeds or time in zone. What if I want a shrill feedback sound or a muddy wooly tone without worrying if I'm 2% away from disengaging because I moved the pedal 1000ms ago ? Etc...

Thanks for the reply. Running a home made CryBaby wah conversion (Call it a Mission clone) with a 10k pot. I just converted another Wah with a 50k pot and it's the same issue. Both were plugged directly into the back of the Axe FX 2. Tony
