I contacted support but haven't heard back yet... It was a loose ribbon.... I took it apart and put it back and it's working... Was hoping that it wasn't more than that...

I'm not sure what's going on but one day everything worked fine and the next day switches 6-10 and INCR UP don't light up or work on power up as the MFC initializes... Has anyone every had this happen to them?

No Cab Phase Control showing in Axe edit

You can view and make changes in the front panel of the Axe FX until the final release of FW 20 is out and they update Axe Edit.

That's only good if you assign a Scene IA switch to the MFC. What if you're using an external switch without LED's? Was a thought that I think many could benefit from.

I noticed that when I went to set the tuner offset settings to the Peterson Sweetened tuning, it doesn't increment by .1, it increments by .5 and can't use the Wiki settings for the tuner. Has that changed with the new release?

All, leave the drop down "More Carriers" alone and click the "PLEASE SELECT" drop down and you'll be able to choose USPS. More Carriers gives you the UPS option which is more expensive. That doesn't work with the Axe FX purchase though, just other stuff like T-Shirts and stickers.

If anyone is looking for some great low output Strat pickups, Google Jesse Davey pickups, they are badass. The lower the output on pickups, you'll get a more pronounced sound and your notes will be clear and not muddy.

You can use Fractal-Bot but make sure the MFC isn't plugged into your Axe FX. I think I read somewhere that someone's Axe FX needed an eprom to fix it after their upgrade crashed, or they accidentally turned it off while upgrading.. Even though they're not expensive, it's still a drag. Make sure...

Looking for some FRFR speaker experiences and advice.

I believe there is a grace period when you buy an Atomic CLR. Try it and if you're not 100% satisfied, you can send it back for a full refund. I have the active series CLR and it sounds phenomenal but then again, it's an individual preference with what anyone is looking for when it comes to sound.

There will be a change to what you're used to if you reach down and turn knobs on pedals here and there and often enough when you're playing. Other than that, it's a beast of a machine and once the sound is dialed in, there's no need to turn knobs like one does with pedals. I'm still a newbie...

If it doesn't matter, a 2 unit rack for the AFX2 and backpack for your MFC. That would be the cheapest solution or a pedal train for your MFC.

HELP!! Last step for rig perfection needed! PICS

You can take off the feet from the MFC and use the Velcro I posted. The screws will sit alnost flush. It's the strongest I've ever seen and it's not like the soft felt Velcro you get at Lowes or anywhere else. That's what I did with my MFC on my board and it doesn't move at all. It's rock solid...

Latest FW VIDEO Journey Cover Mark Day

Hey Mark, what would it cost me to have you build patches for me? I'm thinking 3-5 different styles, maybe 10 patches per style with scenes and with controllers for effect manipulation... You always create amazing patches.

Is it normal?

I figured I would only need to lower the level on the amp block but was just wondering if it would cause any issues if it was periodic while playing. Sean, turn up the level?

Is it normal?

Was just wondering if clipping periodically is normal on FW 11.03 or any FW version? When I download patches people created, I get periodic clipping.

Being in the technology industry, saving backups is a must and having them saved in multiple locations is not a bad thing to do because backup hard disks could go bad and there is a chance of losing things in the cloud. If you can save them on a local hard disk, the cloud and a flash drive...

Thanks Cliff... I read somewhere something about resetting the compression and I was playing with that but didn't do anything... I turned down the level knob in the amp block and it's good now... I have to admit, being a noob and upgrading without knowing much is the best thing I've done... I'm...
