Thanks, this firmware sounds great to me. I also love how the mark I and II went toe to toe with the xl's right to the end, I will be upgrading when the mk 2 axe3 comes out.

How loud can a DXR10 go?

i have used two of them since they came out. i would not worry about hurting them. they get very loud and have been great sounding speakers.

been with the axe since fw8, first time I rolled back to previous firmware. all my presets sound terrible. will try to download/install again, otherwise I am probably just going to leave it at q9.03 until the final fw. EDIT/ just reinstalled the firmware and is sounding fine now, must have...

Opening Tone Match files in Cab Lab

i use an older version of cab lab. i am pretty sure i have combined tonematched cabs. edit I just did it in cab lab 2.0. it will not open ultra res but it opens exported normal res just fine. also if you save it in cablab it will give you the .ir file.

i use tonematch blocks for cabs almost exclusively. there is no better just what you prefer. i do not use cabs when tonematching, you can do it either way.

I just update it. I dont back anything up anymore. Half the time I have to redo presets anyway. I never roll it back.

Edited presets are causing my AXE ro reboot

I have a similar problem, axe edit times out with global block param and axe freezes up. i am using 13.01 still freezing.

it is a wasted user slot no matter how you look at it. looking at the goonsquad preset and it has a tubescreamer into an dasmetall with the gain at 3/4 and the boost switch on.

The ir has to be a tonematch. They say that they used the guitar stems from kny more than once. I have not had a chance to try these but thanks again guys. I cannot wait to get off work today.
