Hi all I just want to repeat what we all already know ;-) - G66/Fractal must have the best customer service ever. The USB port in my FM3 died 2-3 weeks ago and I sent to G66. It came back yesterday and the included invoice was.........0.0 euro even though the warranty expired 3 months ago...

FM9 with random foot switch that stops working

I have had it once where one of the switches suddenly stopped working. Reboot fixed it and it never happened again. Kind of strange. Cheers Søren

Can you use an External Midi Controller to Toggle Scene?

Not a help on the actual matter, but I have this controller for my FM3, mainly because of it’s small size. One thing that I dont like, is that it - to the best of my knowledge - can not do Hold without the Tap function being executed first, and that irritates me. cheers Søren

fm9 and original marshall 800 comparison

It’s very close - as expected - but as @Sixstring said, there is some mid thing with the Headrush. That’s why I returned the one I had briefly ;-) It can propably be tweaked closer I guess, but personally I didn’t have the patience. Cheers Søre

Odd Sound - Like a Wah Coming On Randomly

Are you using a FCB1010......in that case calibrate the pedals. The values they send to the Axe drifts over time - at least both mine do. Or increase the Auto Engage limit in the WAH block. I guess it could also happen for other pedals than the FCB. Søren

USB re-amping with Pro Tools 10

I am using SONAR, not PT - but from memory this is how it's done: + record 2 tracks - in SONAR the "amped" signal is INPUT1 og and the re-amp signal is INPUT3 + when re-amping record a new track and SOLO your re-amp track in PT + in Axe I/O menu choose USB input instead of ANALOG + record in PT

X Y set up question

I use X/Y much like you intend to....I think.....rhytm sound on X and lead with different REV, DELAY, AMP and maybee PITCH settings on Y. I have set the X/Y CC to the same value for REV1, DEL1, AMP1 and PIT1 in the I/O-CTRL menu so they all change at the same time. And in the presets I just use...

Setting up wah effect with FCB1010....???????

Hi........I just got my Axe FX II the other day and until now I'm happy with it....and slightly overwhelmed by it all ;-) And right now....frustrated.....well a little at least. The main reason is that I would like to have a Wah effect in all my presets that can be switched in with the same...
