Hi all, Whats the deal with using older presets from the axechange with newer version of firmware? i want to see what they sound like, wondering if they will work at all, or just need tweaking but will be roughly right? some from FW10, some from FW19 but im now on Q3 cheers Joe

Has the Axe-FX II Achieved 99% amp modeling accuracy?

coming back at this after 2 years out, i dont mind how close they are to a real amp. i care if i can get a good sound im happy with for what i want to use it for. id probably never find the sound im happy with even with the real amp, so im basically doomed haha

Setting up a cab so it's safe all the time.

Cheers. I forgot that bit too. The thing I can't remember was something to do with setting the 'amp' level in the axe fx preset so that you can effectively turn the matrix up to max if the occasion calls for it but with no worries. Wish I could re meme this stuff haha.

sounds right to me, its in my 8 string. as far as i can see, then screw direct to the body. its a really tight fit so i cant see down too far and they dont move.

looks like it was either a line6 spider 2 cab or a laney cab. both cabs are fine and checked out fine. any ideas what it could have been? i was only playing at about speaking volume, so i couldnt have blown anything with too much power. i had a really shitty practice this week without this power...

I have very similar problems dude. Can't seem to pin point the problem. At my practices, my feedback is fine to start with, then as time goes by it gets worse. I may record a video of it to see what people think. Anyone experienced feedback related to time?

Hi all. this might be stupid im not sure. could you set up scenes to use the looper functions for live use? im not sure how to make best us of my foot controller (fcb1010) etc? what do you guys think? cheers joe

Hi all. So,how many of you guys have an 8 string? Fancy sharing links,vids, samples etc? I know there has to be a few at least. I'm struggling to get a nice clear sound but I'm not sure what im aiming for exactly. It would be cool to have a go to place for everyone. Sharing pointers etc...

Yeah,its a production boden 8 with s7g. It's awesome, I've always wanted a proper one but can't afford it. So i jumped at this. Your in for treat with it dude! Go for the endureneck! It's so cool.

Looper tips and tricks ??

for basic stuff to jam over ive been setting the threshhold mode on, then start playing and hit the enter button in time when ive finished. better for long ringing chords or something obviously, otherwise you dont have time haha
