Live, rehersal, practice rig

Which makes sense for the Axe case as well... given that one wants a backup unit for gigs anyway.... If just the Axe would have an easy function to backup the whole device plus MFC to an USB stick and restore from that... so one can quickly take a whole setup dump to the rehearsal and bring any...

best pedalboard for MFC101 and 2 expression pedals???

What would be cool to have is such a "dog house" (closed on the sides) with a standard 19" 1U panel mountable on the back side to implement all kind of connectors WITHOUT having to drill holes in custom plate. Also very easy for servicing then.

DI to FOH - what are you using?

I'm using a Radial ProD2 fed by OUT1 unbalanced, as I prefer transformer isolation from FOH, just to protect my equipment. The OUT1 balanced XLRs do feed my wedges.

FW10 - No Sorrow!

I've got the Behringer MX882 to mix the Axe and other sources (e.g. playback for rehearsal, a stage monitor feed from monitor mixer) to feed my two RCF wedges with the output of the MX882. Works like a charm.

Yes, I have two Mission SP-1 connected as XP1+2 (EXT CNTRL 1+2) and XS1+2. The first one is mapped to Wah control (XS1= CC97, Wah on/off), the other one not used yet. The "immediate EDITED" happens wether they are connected to the MFC or not, doesn't matter. Anyway, XP/XS reporting on preset...

Wish being able to dial in the bpm, not only tapping it

Stomping on the Tempo Tap switch on the MFC for 1-2 seconds, which would then display the current tempo in the display and allow to change it via the up/down switches, just like you edit values in the setup mode.

I have -re-saved two adjacent presets to make sure Axe and MFC are in sync about them, but switching between those presets still exhibit the "immediately edited" problem. Any further clues on how to find out what's going on? MFC is in TotalSync, Preset mode.

Excellent advise. Disconnecting the MFC solves the problem. Upon reconnect, I see "MIDI IN" blinking for a second and "EDITED" lighting up. So indeed, it seems like the MFC sends something. Now how to find out, what... :)
