I have same problem too and I notice that it has occurred after latest update 10.3.2 Logic Pro x. I couldn't find any solution yet but if I encounter about it I will inform you.

How can I use old one preset?

There is a preset for ultra ver.11 and my axefx is mark ii so is there a way to convert this preset to mark ii? I tried fractool but not supported. Actually it will be enough for me that I can see its content drive, cab, amp.. etc. http://axechange.fractalaudio.com/detail.php?preset=632

yeah i agree with you but there is a decibel problem on analog path, it was increased almost +8dB. i used apogee quartet for analog and steinberg ur28m for spdif.

48k problem

I use logic pro x. Why cannot i use 44.1k in my DAW or is it possible i wonder? Because a lot of audio file has been created in 44.1k and when i import it into my project, sound changes because i have to use 48k in my DAW. How can i prevent it?

My current setup is guitar-->axe fx 2-->imac via usb and speakers are connected axe fx 2 via xlr. If i want to listen music from imac i need to turn axe fx 2 on everytime because speakers are connected to it. I don't want turn axe fx on like this everytime. I think i need a device to use both...

added EQ limiter on the master volume -1.5dB@200hz turned volume down a little bit the 1st guitar turned volume up a little bit the rhythm guitars and attached a printscreen for the enthusiast

You should use The REAPER ! It is very userfriendly and basic DAW for home recording. I tried to use Adobe Audition, FL Studio and Pro Tools but i couldn't. Reaper is absolutely number one. This is not an advertisement:)

Thank you for your advice. I did what you said. I have taken some low out @200hz but i couldn't sense any difference. Maybe i couldn't realy do it. I have used VST:ReaEQ(Cockos) and taken low out at "stock - Basic 11 band"i is it ok? Is setting the equalizer by the axe fx or the reaper is more...

Tones are great !!! I would like to ask something about pickups. I have got an ibanez rg2550z and i play this guitar with passive pickups (stock) which is ibanez/dimarzio. So are these pickups suitable with these high gain tones? Or should i use active pickups much as EMG, Saymour Duncan etc.?

I received an email from support for my problem. Hello, Sorry for the trouble. You are misunderstanding how it works. Setting USB OUT SOURCE to OUTPUT 2 does not cause computer to be played back through the output 2 L+R jacks of the Axe-Fx. Rather, it sets the source for USB and Digital Outs...
