Just asking if it's possible! No wish no anything else. If buying kemper or helix instead of Fractal would have been the same thing for me, probably i would not waste my time asking question on this forum. So take that as a compliment.

Jim told a different thing, it seems you don't need to spend 700$ dollar in a useless hardware SRC if you have the right audio interface. So if anyone know something about how to practically do what Jim said it will be really helpful.

As i already said it could be fine the unit cannot go to higher sample rate than 48Khz but there is no good reason to not make 44100 available, so both your comment are useless.

It will be nice if someone could answer this question: Since i'm considering buying an AXE FX3 it will also be nice to know if a selectable sample rate can be implemented by Fractal Audio via Firmware update or the hardware is inadequate to support other sample rate than 48Hkz. Thanks

Thank you very much for the help Bakerman. Unfortunately Reaper is not used by professional, or maybe only few of them use it, so it's really rare to get a Reaper project for me. Does anyone have a solution for ProTools, Logic or Ableton?

Ok, let's talk about an ipotetic scenario and see what you guys would do: I've got a project from a client set at 44.1 with guitar DIs recorded in it, I want to reamp those DIs with AXE FX3. There is a way to do that in the digital domain without going back to analog? How could i do that?

So there is a way to use a software SRC in realtime to be able to use AXE FX 3 with sample rate settings of the DAW different from 48Khz? I mean connecting an AXE FX 3 digitally to the DAW and get the connection work even at different sample rate?

It's ease of use...the reason i wish AXE FX3 had this feature is for ease of use... latency is the biggest bitch in planet for the audio world even the lowest latency can give you the most tremendous phase issue. Knowing you are not doing useless AD DA conversion is always nice when you are...

I read in another thread that the motivation of fixed sample rate at 48Khz is that Cab IRs need to be resampled to make other sample rate available. I didn't ask for a reason because it doesn't matter, they didn't make selectable sample rate because they think is not needed and not useful...

I'm not wrong, This is the release notes that comes with the 6.03. it contains all the history of quantum firmwares releases, from 1 to 6.03. Can you find those words?

I have an axe fx II standard....I can't understand. I was in firmware Quantum 3 and all works the "modeling version" parameter was there, i could switch from one version to the other. When I upgrade to firmware 6.03 the parameter totally disappear, and in the release note they didn't write about...

I just upgraded my axe to the new firmware only because the release note say that "the existing presets will not be affected...modeling version parameter are set by default to the original modeling version". But after the upgrading the Modeling version parameter just disappear....both in the amp...

DI level question, very strange

The only thing that can change your DI sound is the Input impedance settings on your preset. it is in the input menu in the same window of the input gate settings, if it is set to "auto" the input impedance parameter change accordingly to the first active block of the preset. a different setting...
