Accessories Noatronic Wireless Guitar System - Live on Indiegogo

We created a wireless guitar system specifically for us amp-modeler users. In the video, Soren Andersen plays through our wireless into the Fractal Audio FM3. The wireless system allows him to control effect parameters and engage effect blocks on the FM3 from his tone knob on the guitar...

Noatronic Wireless Audio and MIDI - finally!

Sorry about that. I wasn’t aware of this rule, only about the signature. That was about the signature which was the rule at that time, and to be fair I had changed it on the day of posting so I did comply by it, which I also mentioned in the thread. In any case I never intended to not disclose...

Noatronic Wireless Audio and MIDI - finally!

No. The extra channel on the TRS jack is used for measuring the onboard Controller that replaces a tone-pot in the guitar. So that you can do this:

Noatronic Wireless Audio and MIDI - finally!

Hi guys. Full disclaimer, I am the founder and CEO of Noatronic, but as a long time fellow axe-fx user, I actually developed this product with us in mind. You may remember our first product from an earlier thread. The first product was the Noatronic Onboard Expression, which made a tone-knob...

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

You are right - most active guitars are incompatible unless you work around it. It do not work with wireless systems as it requires the TRS cable attached from guitar to Receiver. I am however working on a solution for wireless guitarists.

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Unfortunately not. You would have to attach a power on/off switch somewhere for the active circuit - like the switch from a push-push pot.

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Thanks yek. I really appreciate that. It's funny you mention the Guitar Wing. Many years ago when I first realised I needed control on my guitar, the Guitar Wing was what I found. Can't say anything about the product, as I haven't tried it. For me, the aesthetics needed to be kept so the Guitar...

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Im glad you are welcoming it! :) Yep. The controller is connected to the ring terminal while the guitar pickup is connected to the tip and therefor separated from the system. In the Receiver the guitar pickup signal is directly bypassed. Thats just awesome to hear! It really gets you thinking...

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Actually just the one switch and the pot on the same conductor was quite a challenge to get right, as there is no battery inside the guitar. But speaking from a non-technical perspective, there is definitely merits to your suggestion. Having said that, doing testing of prototypes the most...

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Thank you guys for chiming in! :) Nice to hear you want to get one! :) Some users intend to use it as a standalone controller. For that use-case, being able to switch between 6 different tones is helpful (the pot has a center detent for preset/scene 2 and 5). If using it as an extension for key...

RELEASED - UPDATE - Feedback on new controller - Noatronic Onboard Expression

Hi fellow Axe-FX users I have created a new MIDI controller, that is controlled from a push-push pot inside the guitar, with no batteries in or extra cables attached to the guitar. It's not on the market yet and I am looking for some feedback on a specific feature of the product. I really hope...

    Axe-FX name timeout 1 h before gig!

So 1 hour before we started the gig this Saturday, i realised that my MFC-101 ran the message "Axe-FX Name Timeout". I only once before had this problem, but that was because someone stepped on the ethernet connection port, and it had to be changed. This time, the only thing different was a new...

Slow Blues Solo - patch based on Tyler Grund's SRV tone tutorial

Hi all. First off.. A big thanks too Tyler Grund for helping me create this patch. I followed his SRV Tone Tutorial and tweaked it from there. So im playing on a 1975 stock Stratocaster, through my Axe-FX 2. Patch is basically a tube screamer running through 2 Vibrato Verbs in parallel, one...

Connect TV to HS7 Studio monitors

Damn, the manual says " The XLR and phone jack input connectors can not be used simultaneously. Use only one input connector at a time." I guess i need to use the Mbox 2 somehow.. EDIT: I just realized that the Mbox will only work when connected to a computer with Pro Tools installed...

Connect TV to HS7 Studio monitors

The TV does have a headphone out (mini TRS). Maybe i can use a cable like this: Then go directly to the HS7. The HS7 does have 2 inputs: Maybe i am able to use both inputs, by running AXE to the XLR inputs and TV to the jack inputs. Then i don't need the Mbox, which would be awesome!

Connect TV to HS7 Studio monitors

Hi! I recently bought a pair of Yamahas new HS7 studio monitors, and I'm really enjoying this purchase. 8) I would prefer more bass though (for music-listening), but considering space and price this is almost perfect for me. Well since my studio is my bedroom as well, i was thinking of using my...

2 delays in series (Andy Timmons style)

Hi. I am looking for the best way to recreating Andy Timmons delay. He uses 2 Memory Man pedalboxes with different rate in series with the first one feeding the other, wich creates a very nice galloping delay. I managed to recreate this by using 2 delay blocks and that worked pretty good...

Drive block mix not working as it should?

I have been seaching around for an answer but havent found one yet and i'm struggling trying to find my own way around this. I want to have a drive block working independently, like it was a real pedal plugged into the the axe fx. If i turn the drive block on it will stay on even though if i...

best pedalboard for MFC101 and 2 expression pedals???

I recently bought the Amarhyll from EMMA Electronics. Its great quality both the board and case. Its probably inspired by pedaltrain and many reviews claim it to be better than pedaltrain. The case could be a tad higher since its a bit hard to close, but its not a big deal at all. I bought the...
