    You're fine. Just don't try to use it overseas, most other countries in the world use 220v. The axe has an auto-switching power supply and can deal with either, and the cable that comes with it is rated to handle overseas voltages.

    Wah set up question..

    Check your auto-engage and Off Value setting for the controller. You probably have auto-engage set to on and Off Value set to 50%. If you want the wah to turn on automatically when you move the pedal, leave auto-engage on, and set Off Value to some smaller value, like 5 or 10%

    Love my Axe-Fx II but this really scared me!

    Mine has done this on occasion as well. Tracked it down to it not liking something my Roland FC-300 floorboard sending occasionally during powerup. If it happens, I just have to unplug the MIDI from my floorboard, restart the Axe, and plug MIDI back in.

    My guess is it's a MIDI issue. I've had this happen a couple of times, with a Roland FC-300 floor controller connected with a MIDI cable. Unplugged MIDI and powered back up successfully, then plugged the MIDI cable back in.
