Big Connection problem with AXEFX3

My AXEFX3 has been to the shop 3 times now. They can't find error. The 3rd time they upgraded the USB port just as a fail safe. Each time i get it back, it functions as it should....for a day or 2. Then it all starts again. My issue is.... (first let me say that i have the FM9 and FM3 and have...

Help with terrible sounding FRFR Setup

I know your pain all too well. You need to understand the Fletcher Munson curve.....its a bitch. Get rid of all the low end and top end in your output to the FRFR. Lose all of 31, 63 and half of 125 hz. Also lose all of 16K. Then its all about amp and cabs that work loud.Have a look at this...

CAN'T SEE "FM3" as a select option in PORT on LOGIC. I have a bunch of songs I use for live streaming. I have had to use actual MIDI cables (to USB) into my IMAC PRO to make it work. It does work and i have scene changes working also. In the LOGIC "PORT" selection (of my EXTERNAL MIDI track)...

FRFR aren’t they all the same?

Ohhh the can of worms are opened here. I have tried so many FRFRs. They ALL sound different. And mostly horrible. But the CLR is just a little better. (still not perfect....but it does work for Live gigging) All the others sound very similar....in that they are HIFI and fizzy with saturated...

So, UPDATE #2. Just tried my MFC 101 and it seems to be doing the same thing. Sequential MFC selection results in random AXEFX3 patches. Its a bloody mess! 2 days on this already!

Ahhh yes, this is my problem. Definitely software as I've just discovered the same happens on my FC6. Im trying a complete CLEAR of PRESETS and LAYOUTS now. Will let you know how i go. Sooooo frustrating!

Hi, doing a global boost (as per ). Using AXFX111 with MFC101 (everything else works as I want it to). The issue being that: * It works but when i change patches, the boost is still on. (it then takes 2 hits to get back to MIN) How do i get it to reset to MIN on new PRESET selection? Thanks...

You just have to go to a rehearsal room and PLAY LOUD. I do it often, then it make the gig-tweak a lot easier. I often set up multiple banks so i can choose on the fly which ones work best. Its just time and effort really.

Axe-Fx Live Tips

It seems you are using a MARSHALL amp and a 2x12 Speaker Box. My live tips will not work with this system. The CLR is a FRFR powered monitor. You might need to do some more research. Dont put an AMP and CAB IR into a Marshall amp and Cab. ....and find a good translation app!!!!!

Problems with AXE-MANAGE PRESETS? XL+

XS taking two hits to change scenes etc. YEK i need your help

ohh i also tried ...instead, setting X to level 12 and Y to level 40. I had the same problem. Also Setting SCENE INC to TypHDW makes the switch into a ....ONLY WORKS WHEN PRESSED ON switch. You have to hold your foot on the switch.
