My take on 'jumpy' encoder knobs...

I've noticed a number of threads regarding encoder knobs that jump and skip presets. Now, I'm not sure if this was by design or not, but, it would seem to me that the main encoder knob (as well as the small ones) operate in an input 'urgency' sort of way... meaning, the faster you turn the knob...
