I’ve watched the YouTube videos and read the other threads but wanted to see if anyone has an updated recent perspective on how these two speakers compare. I would be putting it in a closed back 1x12 combo and the effects loop return for a power amp with my FM3.

I did not, I think it may have something to do with the active output of the IR version. I do not have the issue with the non-ir version.

Humbuster cable -tone impact?

I am using the FM3 4CM with my amp. Should there be any difference in how the amp sounds/responds when the effects in front of the amp are all bypassed vs going straight into the amp with a guitar cable? Is there any potential tone suck going through the FM3? I am not using a humbuster cable...

Thoughts on EVH 5150III EL34 2x12 Cabinet

I think the cabinet is great but I don’t like the G12 H30s. I bought a used empty one and put the EVH Celestion greenbacks in it, and I am surprised how much I like it.

5153 50W Blue - Red?

Is there a reason the Red Channel on the 5153 wasn't modeled? Is it really identical to the 100w? Or, are there adjustments I can make to the parameters on the 100w model to get to the 50w, such as adjusting the input trim? If so, how much of an adjustment?

axe II and matrix Q12a will it match my expectations?

I have a Q12a with my Axe Ii and have been very happy with it and I have gone the studio monitor, separate matrix power amp and real cab routes and this has been the best solution overall. The presets are hit and miss for me so I would just build your own, but overall I think you will be happy...

Cameron Old Bitch Its an amp model based on a mod and not very many of the amps were produced in the only production run. It is a very cool amp and would love to see it in the Axe FX. There is alot of info over on rig-talk.com about the Cameron Amps.

the cameron ccv is a nice amp

I agree, I have not been able to get the Cameron CCV to sound as mean as in the youtube videos (my playing talents don't help either, LOL) Any other tips for dialing in the CCV would be appreciated. I will say that in firmware 11 the CCV does sound greatly improved to my ears.

Matrix Users: Need help! Getting transistor radio, no low-end tone!!

I have the gt1000fx with my 1960a cab and i run the axe @ noon and u can run it in the bridged mode or in the stereo mode and usually run either at noon or lower. I think the key is to get a strong signal going into the matrix.
