Hi mate, I've tried your patch and I've heard nothing of what you did. My own U2 patches, very similar to yours (except SDD Preamp instead of FET Boost), sound great. Do your non-U2 patches sound right ?

Other than wah and volume : Shimmer fade in/out (i.e. With Or Without You [U2]) Filter (hi freq -> low freq -> ...) (i.e. Elevation intro [U2]) Cross-fade (i.e. City Of Blinding Lights intro [U2]) Pitch (0 -> +12 -> 0) (i.e. Even Better Than The Real Thing [U2])

Cliff, is this setting change (Xfrmr match = 0.8) still relevant with fw1.06 that keeps this parameter at 1.0 ?

Yes, the same. When OSX 10.6.8 launched (previous axe driver, 167 doesn't work with 10.6.8), as soon as I turn the Axe on, I get a loud pop (out1 and headhphones).

Hi Michael, thank you for sharing. As I wrote it on YouTube, your v10 tones sound great but they seem to have more highs and less mids than your previous tones. Am I right ? Would it be due to the tweed bass cab ? As for the "crispness and attack", I suppose you have tried the "pick attack"...

Trying to download Axe Edit 1.9 and it's downloading the fractal bot folder instead?

The same for me. But is it really worth using AE 1.9 ? It seems very unstable, with many bugs...

USB with Mac not working after latest update. (Mountain Lion OS)

Hi, same problem here. I'm on OS X SL 10.6.8. Updated with new USB driver, Axe-Edit 1.1.317 and firmware 7.00. Since the update of the driver, Axe-Edit doesn't get the Axe signal, crashes when I select "Settings/midi settings" or "Quit Axe-Edit". Can't fix it even after reinstalling all the...
