Hi I saw a Periphery video where they were using a Di for reamping. Why do they use a DI for reamping? Doesn't the axefx do that?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I use a different amp for solo. I think in this song you can ear it better... its the same preset (The solo comes at the end of the song) : I have a problem getting one thing right thou in this preset, and that's the sustain. What you recommend i should do to boost...

Hi. Just posting again to say that by turning supply sag to zero gives the tone that i like when i turn off poweramp modeling. that way i don't need to turn power amp modeling off becouse i do use it in some presets hope this helps

And what's the problem of using that preset with poweramp off? The axefx2 has alot of great presets, but i don't like this one. I don't care if it sounds more like a plexi. I use the twin reverb, i love it. I'm going to try the bogner one, thank's for the advise

No, cabinet modeling active on both clips. I said that i was using cab sims off in a few presets (maybe 2 or 3) and yes all of them are clean sounds, i should had made that clear

Recently i discover that i prefer listening to the majority of my presets with power amp modeling off! And some of them (less than poweramp modelind) with cabinet bypassed Is this weird? It feels more real and the sound its more presente, much like a real amp. The only thing bad is it clips...

Yep! It happen to me too. That sucks! I'm guessing here, but i think this is happening from corrupt files or some bug from v7 I never used backup when i had a crapy sounding boss gt-8, but i bought a Kemper for backup now, i'm not trusting it anymore I love the Axe but this problem was...

6.0 vs 5.07

My experience whith 6.0: Great, amazing sounding presets. Very close to real amps. I've used it live, it was great. Not much tweaking needed. I love it! I don't undestand how can someone like 5.7 (that was great too) and not like 6.0. What i think is the worst thing about it, it's tone...

I reseted system parameters after updating v6. Do it! It's easy. I recommend it in a couple of theads. The diference is huge! I tell you, it sounded terrible and i understand why some guys that dont reset system parameters complaint. So, if it sounds amazing after updating you don't need to...

Update system parameters?

It was necessary for me and for alot of peolple it seems. The v6 persets sounded really bad. After reseting sounds great. It's easy, doen't hurt. And it's not update it's reset.
