Usb cable or Bug?

Hi, don't know if my usb cable has broken or what, crash my axe everytime when audition presets or reset my Axe, when audition cabs everything is normal but save changes and the cabs are not in my Axe. Sorry english is not my main language. Any advice is welcome, thanks. Axe Fx II Xl fw 15.07...
