For those having problems with v10, there, hope

I am a bit afraid of pulling the trigger myself! Feel like I need about 2 weeks without a gig to comfortably go for it! Plan to reset Axe Fx and MFC 101 and start from scratch. May 1 is my est launch date. Good luck all.

SOLOAWEEK: FW 10 Looper and Perfect Feedback/Sustain VIDEO

My Petrucci never seems a little cold-toned next to my other "passive" guitars. You have a great warm tone. I am def going to update and take it out of the it's case again. Looper really shows the versatility in tone. Good job! Thanks for the videos!

Do I need a powered amp?

Not unless you are going to run a passive backline of speakers. If you decide to go FRFR just go with the QSC12. I prefer that set up due to the use of in-ear monitors to clean up the stage. If you go both ways, be prepared to run two separate outs to accommodate the eq of the QSC and whatever...

MFC-101 MKII???

GET AN ADAPTER!! I BROKE MY RJ45 input jack when the cable was yanked and am now screwed. Is there a way to retro fit to Ethercon???? Need help ASAP!!

MFC 101 Expansion Port replacement.

The Cat5 cable was yanked out of the Expansion port and broke the locking mechanism, the cable will not stay in the port. Is it easy to replace?

Going FRFR

Try going with IEMs! Use a floor wedge to get the ambiient sound/feel if the band needs it. It is super clean, easy on the ears and sounds incredible.

Mee tooo! Cant wait to get some down time to really get a feel for it. I have done 3 gigs with it but have not really had enough time to really dig in. Gigs went great with great comments on sound quality. I am keeping it simple by using directly to FRFR monitor and IEM for myself. Good luck...

First Gig with Axe FxII!!

Bruce, I really like the sound and feel of the EV ELX. the two channels can add a lot of options and can solve monitor problems in a pinch. I use it facing up in the backline and it sounds very big. Bought 2 but really only need one. Thanks for letting me check out your Atomics!

First Gig with Axe FxII!!

I literally spent 2 hours with Axe Edit and programmed my main tones for a gig. Funky clean, Chunky rhythm and a lead. Adjustments to fx and tones and off to the gig. I got there late due to traffic to up the stress level. Plugged in and quick sound check. Wham!! Sound man sets levels and...
