    I have had great results with the TC Electronic mimiq pedal, I plug my guitar into input of pedal and use stereo outs into rear stereo input of Axe fx 2. I use 2 amps and cabs and set each amp and cab to left and right.

    I was having no luck with this pedal that I was going to sell it, I could only use it in 1 mode if I used 2 or three I was getting phasing issues.     I use a Digitech drop with the axe, for the price and ease of using pedal its perfect for me, 1 knob and 1 footswitch set and forget and easy to change on the fly.

    For a start you just said you own a Mark 5 not a Mark 2C+ I own a Mark 2C+ and it has a cascading gain structure So you need Volume 1 turned up to 7-8 and lead gain up to 7-8 on the real thing.     Did you keep any amps, and do you play them?

    I still have my mesa boogie c++ 1 of 12 made at the factory I love the axefx 2 with yamaha 80 monitors to play most of the time and the sound is perfect and I dont have it at deafening volumes to get a good sound out of it but I still love firing up my c++ from time to time and cranking it

    Midi pedal stopped working

    I have been using a boss FC-50 pedal with the axe 2 few weeks ago the axe 2 stopped responding so I tried another cable no good ended up buying another foot controller didn't work either swapped back to the boss and it worked again for about 20 sec the nothing. has anyone else had this problem

    Mark 2C++ amp match

    The reason I did it this way was to leave the tone match block free to be used. Next time I fire up my Mark C++ I will do it just through the tone match block and post. The way I used it was to amp match the amp with graphic eq engaged and then tone match to a song thats why I did it this way.

    I didn't split them up I posted the preset and the cab ir to go with the preset i think if you only load the preset you wont have the cab ir assigned you have to load the cab via the axe manager I think and assign it to the cab block in the preset If this is not right someone please chime in
