    I use King Arthur 12.7% protein flour to make a dough with 70% hydration, which is important so the crust doesn't burn in the high heat. I also use the "autolyze" method for 20 minutes which results in a dough that is easy to hand-stretch. Then put it in the fridge for up 2-3 days for a cold...

    Where can I get these Floyd Rose "speedy loaders"?

    The video is a few years old and the EBay link is dead. Look at time 0:57 These replace the saddle screws with a hollow screw through which you feed the guitar string while leaving the ball-end intact. It's not the same as the Floyd Rose "speedloader" which requires special strings.

    I built a simple shelf out of a 48 inch long, oak stair tread to perfectly enclose the shallow 4U SKB rack. The Axe-Fx III permanently lives in the rack, but the rack just slides in/out for easy travel.

    I tune down 1/2 step. On the Axe-FX III, the notes are displayed as: Eb 6, Ab 5, C# 4, F# 3, Bb 2, Eb 1 On the FC-12, the same notes are displayed as: D# 6, G# 5, C# 4, F# 3, A# 2, D# 1 Now I know that they are actually the same notes, but this seems inconsistent to me. Firmware 2.05

    I tried that at my local Home Depot which has a screw sizing jig. The screw didn't match any of the imperial sizes and the screw was smaller than metric 4.0 x 0.70 which was the smallest size in the jig.
