    What would you set the output level when going into an XR18 live? +4 or -10? At home I use an XR18 and have OUT1 at max, Channel gain at 0 and set preset levels for -12dB. At the gig using another XR18 I have to turn OUT1 down to 12-1 o'clock. Thanks

    I feel that with a floor unit that gets torn down for gigging having a delicate USB port and cable hanging out is prone to injury. Unlike a rack mounted unit which gets plugged in once. I used the MIDI port for gigs until I fixed it but not having Axe Edit would have been devastating.

    If I'm hearing you right all you need to do to switch X-Y state of an individual block is to hold the footswitch you have assigned to that block. I won't be permanent meaning if you switch scenes then come back it will be whatever X-Y state you have saved in the scene itself

    I have a MIDI Uno into a USB Hub into a Thunderbolt dock. Every once in a while the dock will need to be turned off and reset to have hard drives appear. It is a little glitchy. I plugged the Uno directly into the MacBook and there was no change. Restarted the Mc as well, no change.
