Ability to label Bank 1 as Bank 0, etc.

If you find a way to do this please post it. I am frustrated by the same issue. Would like bank 7 + 1 to be 71. Only way I can think of is to offset every preset by 10 in the preset mapping, but thats just messy. Need a solution to this but sadly this product not supported any more. Cheers

[solved] "Waiting for Tuner" Msg

I am connected by Ethernet CAT 5 cable. It loads all my patch names ok and other IA buttons seem to be working. If select the Hold Tap Tempo for tuner option it comes up with the same message waiting for tuner. The tuner does appear on the FX screen though. ?????? Help someone.......Argggg!

I loose volume output over time. Power down and up and its back again

Hi. It happens when I turn off the Axe FX and back on again not my amp. Sudden increase in volume for the same preset when it comes back on.. Cheers

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Some good advice there on partitioning the problem. I will try. I use a Behringer FCB1010 and the lockups are a random thing when changing presets but not a specific preset change, so very hard to replicate the problem. I will try removing the FCB and seeing what...

I do use an expression pedal for 6dB of boost when soloing. That continues to work ok ( the normal position is obviously the lower output) it is just the overall volume drops over time. Any Ideas welcome.

Can't load V12 banks with rev V12.02

I believe that the banks are still V12 even if I upgrade to 13.07? I wondered if there was a problem with V12 banks? Anyway I still can't explain what is going on. If I load V12 OS and then V12 banks I get a blank screen on all patches. Something weird going on.

Why is 'Edit' light always on?

jimfist you are absolutely right, - thanks. The edit light stays off when foot controller is disconnected so it is responding to cc's from the foot controller. I do the a similar thing as kruegmeister, using second cc to add distortion pedal like tube screamer. I guess it makes sense now.

Why is 'Edit' light always on?

I have a Behringer FC1010 midi foot controller and I use one expression pedal for Wah with auto detect on and the other for master volume. Do you think that is what is bringing the edit light on? I think it only sends data when there is a change in position - not all the time.

Hi folks I updated to 5.07 software and adjusted all my patches and re-saved them. After saving each patch the edit light went out. However now whenever I select a patch the edit light is on. Anyone know why this should be? The patches all sound exactly as I saved them so it's not a big deal...

Not so intelligent harmony - help please

Thanks for the link to Simeons thread. He did this on an Ultra so I hope I can translate that on to the FXII. The clip sounds amazing so he did a great job. If I manage to re-create it I will post the patch. Unless someone has already done it for FXII?

I have been trying to set up an auto harmony for the classic 'Boys are back in Town' riff but it does not seem possible as it needs to follow two chords. I was wondering if there was a way to have the whammy set to a semitone lift (like a pedal steel) just to lift one note in the harmony...

Boost DB for solo

I have found that an output volume expression pedal is actually the easiest way. I program the pedal to default at 110 (midi value) in the up position and give me 127 when down. It gives me about 6db boost at any time I need it.

Has anyone tried to use the Vocoder function ? Can you just connect a mic to the second input?red what results (shame there isn't an XLR on that input. I have not tried it yet but wondered what results others might have got. Any good for voicebox effects?

Why only 48Khz sample rate for recording?

I thought I had posted this before but it seems it did not stick. Anyway I want to know why the audio interface driver only offers 48khz sample frequency. All my projects( and CD recording) are in 44.1Khz or in 96khz and then lowered to 44.1 for CD mastering. I know this is an Apple format...

Fan is changing speed and noisy

Thanks for all the comments. I now understand that G66 will have a new 'silent' fan available soon. Yes Electropilot, I really did wait 10 months for my order. It was for an Ultra initially but changed to an FXII when the countdown came. It was still 10 months waiting though. I'm in the UK.

Chris Just got mine today - I ordered last November. It seems I have a problem with the fan inside though ( just posted about that). So far just tried the 300+ presets and whilst there is a lot of junky ones in there there are also some exceptional amp sounds. I need to spend time programming...
