I'm not Cliff, but I would think the obvious way to model it is to have the Attack switch set to "Flat" and Grunt switch set to "Raw" Edit: He does mention using Low Cut control as the Grunt switch so it could be modeled to "Fat" by default with ability to further cut lower freq from there

I've been doing some reamp testing with an external TS808 pedal and found that I've been getting some strange harmonics when using the effects loop (input 2 & output 2). When generating a sine wave from my DAW and reamping through the FX loop (Pedal is OFF), I'm getting these strange...

If your presets were built around 16.01, then no wonder quantum sounds different.... The new modelling and algo's will cause those old settings to be obsolete

A simple patch can go a long way. Usually for djenty tones, I don't ever really need more than just one amp,cab and drive(similar to your Guitar 2 chain). For the drive block, keep the drive parameter almost at zero and the tone somewhere around noon. Set the mid frequency around 1.4k and boost...

Metal/Ambient song that I produced and played guest solo (FW10)

I think what the OP is referring to is the recurring clean(ambient-esque) leads on top of the heavier rhythms. There's also a beak in the middle of the song which is a lot softer compared to the rest of the piece. Whether that's enough to call the piece ambient is relative to the listener..

Like any monitors, you have to run them through a sound device(like the Axe) and then use that device as a sound card for your pc. In this case you would just plug the monitors into the Axe outputs and use the Axe as a sound card for your pc via usb

ZYBORG (8-string content, for fans of The Contortionist)

This is my latest mix, which I feel is my best yet. I recorded, mixed, and mastered my friend's band. Guitars and bass are all Axe Fx II, drums are Superior Drummer. I feel like I've progressed a lot with my mixes, but some critiques on this mix would really be appreciated!
