Whoa. That's one large, comprehensive update. Its like getting an all new FM9! Cant wait to try these! Some of the fixes I was hoping for were included too like the spillover for the plex delays etc. Awesome, and sop thankful for FAS team and all the hard work. Truly incredible!

Need Preset w/Synth Drone

I typically split my signal after the cab down to another row and add the flex delay followed by another Reverb and then send it out and I have signed my foot controller to control the level of the effect. The model I am referring to within the Plex delay block is called plexi shift

Solo'd like that, I have a very difficult time trying to decipher which one is different, much less which one is real or modeled. There is zero chance in a live setting with other bandmates that even the most trained ear would be able to distinguish any differences. Zero chance. Zip, Nada...

Some advice for Big Stage gig

The monitors can be used for both vocals and any other instruments you want in that wedge. I would recommend just going straight to front of house and getting yourself a good mix in your monitor. Especially with a 30 minute turn over

I concur. Worked with Charlie on a loose AX8 handle. He was incredibly quick to to reply, and more than accommodating and friendly. He walked me through step by step, and I can't think of another music gear provider that would treat customer service like that. I was very impressed!!

Yes. And instead of getting the ones they sell at Temple Audio, search for Neutrik XLR adapters and you'll find them male / female, and the holes line up perfectly for them to mount to the side of the board.

This is clutch...I agree wholeheartedly. So many sound guys come in with their little iPad and have pre-set EQ's for guitars, etc. Ask them to flatten you out before making any changes.

This is amazing news because although I love the amp tones, it always seemed like they were so far ahead of the effects and get all of the attention I'm one of those guys that uses a lot of the effects so this is awesome news thanks Cliff

What he said. And I did the same thing. I think it keeps the stage a little cleaner too. I have all of the cables in braided sleves so it looks like one cable coming out.

Help connecting external tuner to AX8

I see a lot of you guys using external tuner pedals. I'd like to put mine on the board as well. I tried this morning to set it up, but I'm doing something wrong. I have it plugged from Pedal 3 and into the tuner IN. Does it work like that? Wondering what setting I need to change on the AX8 to...

AX8 and Ground Loop - Buzz

Sounds trite, but have you attempted to plug the AX8 directly into your speaker and see if the ground loop buzz is still there? As in take it out of that massive (but impressive) chain?
