Beer spill on my MFC

I saw a video once where some musician would wrap his mfc with whole bunch of layers of kitchen plastic wrap. You could still see the patch names and numbers and lights. This would give a little protection from accidents like this.

Running two Axe FXs on one poweramp

I was wondering the same, I have an axe fx2 and an ultra. I have a carvin 1540l and I was wondering if I could send a mono signal from each axefx to each channel and then send each channel to a 412. I didn't try it because I was afraid of damaging something.

Axe fx ultra vs Axe fx 2

I have both and I think you'll be happier saving for the II. The ultra is a great unit but the II sounds better and more realistic. The II is constantly getting firmware updates and new amps and also offers the tone match capability and the usb connectivity.

Moved MFC101 from ultra to XL and need help please

AE 3.0 is nice BUT FRONT PANEL RULEZ :)

I've always preferred the front panel. I tried the AE for a bit but it was a while after I had the axe so the front panel was just more comfortable for me. That and it works everytime with no issues ever!

Favourite Amp Models For Live Setup/Tips for Live setups

I use an ultra into an ARTsla2 into a carvin 412. I like the slo100 and plexi treble for rock tones. When I make my patches I never cut the mids. in fact sometimes hearing my tones by themselves they might sound mid heavy but it really sits well with the other instruments then.

Hey Man, Im about 50miles north of you and I have an ultra unit. I've only played against a handful of real tube amps and I've always been happy with my axe. Either I thought my sound was as good or better. The one time that I thought my sound was inferior it was the other guitarists...

yea it depends for me I love Rush but there are times where I cant imagine listening to anything else other then Floyd. Both great bands...too great to say which is better or worse.
