Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

OK; I understand. Perhaps it is the fact that I am Dutch and do not master the English language very well. My comment was not in any way related to specific reports of bugs made by users on this forum. I only tried to suggest to have a specific section for bugs as the FM3 section has one. That...

Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

My response has/had nothing to do with the specific bug related to this forum-user. I assume that developers want to see the bugs in an organized form (e.g. e section for bugs). And perhaps it's handy for the forum-users too. Purely looking at your answer; the FM3 has bugs which have nothing to...

Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

Or (perhaps even better?).........create a separate section for AXE FX III bugs, just like the FM3 Bugs section and put all the bugs related items in this section. It is unclear to me why the FM3 has a bug-section and the AXE FX III does not.

Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

The download-links on your website (regarding the firmware-file and the factory-presets file) are the same. In other words when someone wants to download the official firmware on your website; it will download the updated factory presets.

Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

Again; I assume you are talking about the two files which FractalAudio has posted in the first OP. The firmware-update file does not include the factory presets-file! You have to update this file separately.
  7. guitargeorge

Axe-Fx III Firmware Release Version 12.09

If your question concerns your own created presets, then yes; they are updated automatically. But if you mean the updated factory presets, then no; you have to add them manually.
