Love the representation of Orange in the AxeFX. Just curious if there are any plans to add the OR 50, OR 100, OR 120 or even the latest Marcus King amp? These are all very unique sounding and I don't think other currently represented amps can cop their sound.

Thanks guys! Really love the Matchless. I've compared it to many recordings that are either AC30, Matchless DC30 or something like that and can cop those tones so easily. Just comes down to switching up IRs, changing the gain and pretty much leaving EQ section at default. -Rob

I think I recall reading somewhere in this thread that you boost the mids in the DC30 slightly; but don't add bass or treble. My personal taste with this amp is to boost the treble to 7 or 8. It opens the amp up a bit and adds more complexity to the overdriven sound. If this becomes too spikey...

Yeah I guess the Morgan can sound small at times. I think it's due to the low-mid emphasis. Doesn't sound as open as the DC30. I still use it though for some songs and it works really well. Cab 93 is the Factory Vox 2x12 Blues. -Rob

I've had the same thing happen to me. If a row goes out (unlike a single switch), it usually means the ribbon cable connecting the row to the main board came un-seated. Take a look inside and see if that helps.

Swart Atomic Space Tone "Vintage" with a Duesenberg!

Was playing around last night with the "NuclearTone" (I think thats the name... the one with the Swart Space Tone) preset and was having a blast. Pressed record in Ableton Live, added a little verb and uploaded to SoundCloud. Really simple; but such depth and vibe to the sound. Love it!

Uh oh...strange distortion got worse with FW upgrade?

I've used syses librarian on the Mac to receive a bank dump from the Axe. (under utilities) Then open that bank file in Axe-Edit and look through parameters while updating on the Axe-Fx. Axe-FX is NOT connected to the computer while creating new patch. :)

I have the same odd distortion on an AC30 patch of mine. Gonna try and reset the amp block. Its actually been there since 9.0 beta. My soundman noticed it a couple of weeks ago.

What MFC lay-outs and settings are people using to control Scenes?

Does this method still incorporate Axe-FX2 mode? Or is it only MFC mode?

Yikes! Thanks for the help Simeon. I might just go through it and remove the modifiers like you suggest. Wanted to use this.

For some reason, when I load it, I just get low, muffled synth sounds. Not the percussion that the demo shows. I'm running v.7. Just wondering if there's anything more to it or something that I'm missing.

I've tried this preset with v7 and can not get the percussion to go. Anything I need to do other than load? thanks...

MFC Scene Type Scenario with Axe-FX Mode ON?

Thanks Bakerman. Yeah, I've tried that and it works. However, in AxeFx mode the internal presets for the MFC are not used. Thats where I would store the different scenes.

So... I want to be able to setup presets on the MFC that control the state of Axe-FX2 presets. An example of this... Say I have patch 1 (on the axe-fx) that has two delays, two drives an amp and a cab. I want to be able to access a MFC preset that will turn on delay 1 and drive 1 and leave...

Kept the standard wiring. The middle position sometimes works for a strat like quack; but mostly don't use it.
