    Cage Match: PRS vs Suhr

I had a Suhr Modern which was probably the best six-string I've ever had, although I've never played a PRS they seem to be great guitars. Don't sleep on Mayones either, I had a 7-string Regius that was freaking beautiful, and now I have a 7-string Hydra Elite (shown in my profile photo). I've...

    Suhr Modern

It didn’t seem to be that hard for her, we had concrete stairs that led from our bedroom to our outdoor pool area and those were very effective. I didn’t mean to derail the thread, I’m back on the site now because I just ordered a III and this thread made me realize that guitar no longer...

I have to go with Eddie Van Halen, he was my first guitar hero back around 1980, I couldn't get enough. His music has bounce to it and it always seems to be full of energy. Really fun to play. Nuno Bettencourt is a close second, he wrote very funky (maybe "bouncy" as well) riffs that had a...

    Is that music or circus?

I think it's pretty amazing, even though it's not "his music". Loomis (IMO) is a shredder who is also pretty musical, as opposed to someone like Rusty Cooley, who has top-notch technique but not much going on (IMO) melodically.
