Got my BeyerDynamic DT 880 Pro, 250 ohm, but hardly any volume

Even if I dial up the output 1 volume to the max, the sound is just ok and I would like to turn up the volume more. Do I need a good headphone preamp to get this to work at it's best? Also, patches that don't clip start clipping when I use a headphone! All I do I switch back the cabs in the...

MFC problem the day before a gig!!! HELP!

I have had my Axe-Fx2 and MFC-101 a while now and all was fine until I changed my UTP cable from the Axe-Fx 2 to the MFC. Now the MFC is no longer working and changing back to the old cable doesn't help! I have a gig tomorrow! Can you tell me how to fix this? Sincerely, -Joost Assink

Weird: into tube poweramp without poweramp sim is too dark, with sim too bright

An Axe-Fx II with the 4CM seems the perfect setup, but all that AD/DA/AD??

Weird sound on some of my patches

Well, this afternoon, I've updated the firmware from 10.03 to 10.05. Then I lost all my patches. That sucked but I replaced them with my backups. Didn't lose too much. Anyway, now a few of my patches have gone haywire. Just this high pitched synth noise? Really weird, because not all of them...

Help my factory fresh Ultra has quote a lot of fan noise!

I just got my brand new Axe-Fx ultra today and it's great! But it has quite a bit of fan noise that is annoying in my home studio. I was under the impression that the new Axe-fx units come with a the new 'silent' fan. Is that true? Do I have to live with it? Or is there an alternative? Thanks!

Can the FBT Verve 12ma do bedroom playing?

I want to simplify my rig so I got my axe-fx ultra and ordered two FBT Verve 12ma's. I want to use it for gigs, band practice and bedroom playing. I figure the power amps in the Verve wont need saturation to sound good like a tube power amp will. Will that work?

Alternative FRFR systems: Dynacord AM-12 or Tannoy Power V12

Hi, I keep reading the same names over and over again for FRFR systems for Axe-Fx, FBT Verve 12Ma or QSC K12. So I was wondering if other name brands are viable options, like the Dynacord AM-12 or the Tannoy Power V12? Can anyone comment on these systems or other impressive alternatives? thanks
