Advice on using preamps with the Ultra

Hey guys, I was hoping to get some thoughts on the best way to utilise a Triaxis and Marshall JMP-1 preamp with the Ultra. I'd like to be able to switch between the preamps and use the Ultra for all fx for the most part. I also want to place my volume pedal after the preamp. Would that be better...

I was hoping someone had the original presets Marco created for the Axe Fx Ultra and could share them as they have been removed from Fractal's site. The only one's up on the Axe Exchange are the new one's for the Axe Fx II. Thanks.
