Ya, I can understand that.. I've used the axe ultra, for a long time now, and usually I have no problems finding my tune.. But for this guitar, it just didn't work. But yes, I understand. I'll try snoopin around for a while, trying some stuff in there.. Maybe two amps and a crossover

Ok, so I have them in parallel, but I do want them to work as a standard wah config. with a springloaded pedal, where the effect shuts down when in heel position... I have the settings of "buddah" in one of them.. Any thoughts about the second one? logical settings??

Thx.. Sounds kinda good on stand-alone, but while doubeling the tracks recorded, it sounds a little overkill on the bass and a little mushie on the mid freq.. I'll tweak around a while and see if I can't ballance it out for the double track method..

Metal Tone for drop tuning/ 7-8 strings

I use drop tuning in low E.. And I'm looking for a preset I can record with.. One in LEFT and one in RIGHT, and still preserve the "tone".. How did the preset come out for now? I have babies in the house, so wont be able to tweak and test for a few days :)

Cool Clark.. I play through a JP7, and besides a good piezo patch, I'm looking for a tone closer to the famous Glasgow Kiss sound. I just love his dynamic on that album, but Glasgow Kiss really stood out. His sound during the Intro, and verse solo was really amazing. I've never been even close...

Ya, it really helped me out.. Trying to see the whole frequency chain devided.. I'm gonna try playing with it for a while.. See if I can't learn how to tweak it on other amps and so forth :) Thx again.. The more patches.. the better :)

I did... But there are a few differences in the system build between the axe and whateverish I used before.. TC.. POD's etc... But if you know where to find VST plug ins from the axe, please tell me.. I know you can reamp with the axe, and personally I'm not a fan of that... I'm used to record...

I use a UX2 audio card from Line6. I just don't get it... I Someone told me I could do this and extract effects and simulations fromthe axe kinda like using plug-ins, so I could load each one after the track has been recorded.

Holy crap, that didn't show itself as I wrote it :P:P Main point: I'm splitting the chain in TWO after the first graphical EQ, I put in two amps, and two cab blocks, and then unite the signal agin, to continue with delay, chorus, and what not..

So I just got my axe ultra and mfc-101.. Got it from a seller in the us. Here's the thing.. It was delivered with the american standard power adapter. As we know this doesen't work over the pond, so I have to find a new one for my MFC-101. What kind of adapter works for you guys?? Mine says...

Yeah, but you stille have the same old problem, right? I mean there's a reason why we use plugins.. If you record left and right with your complete wet setup.. And I'm talking amps, effects, the whole nine.. You will have serious problems if you 5 weeks later after recording 5 more instruments...

Yes, that is cool, but then what.. When the dry signal has been recorded, and all other instruments and vocals are in place, we have to add effects and such to the recorded signals and channels.. Of course I want to use the effects on the axe, and place it upon the allready recoredd dry signal...

New firmware on the new models

Just bought one.. They recomended the M-Audio Uno Midi Interface, so I got that one.. Hope it works.. I actually never really used a midi interface before, nor a midi complete connection. But to :twisted: with it.. I have an Axe FX Ultra on it's way to my door.. I'll live :mrgreen:
