AFIII Iron Maiden - Revelations Cover

AFIII Stryper - All For One

I've been on a Stryper binge for a little bit here. This one is off the Against the Law album where they got away from their typical Stryper sound and look. A more straight ahead rock n roll album. Sweet and Fox are underrated In my opinion.

Using headphones!

Plugged in headphones for the first time. Sounded really terrible. I have to turn the output level to about 3 o'clock to barely get any volume and it sounds like the signal is clipping but my Led's aren't even in the red. Anybody know how to test to see if my headphone input is bad?

Volume issues!

Stryper's "Free" Guitar Solo

Question regarding LED Inputs!

When plugging into the instrument input on the front panel the LED only lights up for the left channel. Shouldn't the right side light up as well or does this depend on whether the preset is mono or stereo?

Updating Firmware?

I've downloaded the sysex file for firmware version 11.0 and I'm assuming I need some sort of MIDI Librarian to send the sysex file to my Ultra? Can someone recommend a free MIDI software program that is compatible with Windows Vista 32-bit that is dependable?

Finally Pulled The Trigger!

After a year of careful research and listening to all of the awesome audio and video clips I broke down (like my arm had to be twisted hehehe) and finally bought the Ultra today. I'm effin' stoked! I can't wait till it arrives. I feel like a little kid at christmas!

Does the Axe replicate warm tube sound?

I'm going to primarily use the Axe for recording but I'm curious about one thing though. Does this processor emulate the sound of an amp being pushed to hit that sweet spot? Can this be achieved at low room level volumes?
