I'll just add that it was almost essential with the amount of wandering around the huge stage that both Edge and Bono did during that tour. Once you lose eye contact, you can get lost pretty quickly.

P90's horrible humm

I've only used my two P90-equipped LPs at home, and I've not experienced any noise problems at all. Now, as others have said, single coils are susceptible to any number of fields in different environments. But for me, at least here at home, they sound terrific.

I tried to double-click bypass, but was met with some nasty oscillating screeching. However, copying the Delay and Multi-Delay from another preset seems to have worked fine. I've been playing Preset 104 now for a solid half hour without any rebooting or freezing. Thanks again, Cliff.

I have a set of lower-output, long-magnet PAFs in a '54 Les Paul conversion, and they sound terrific through V10. As others here have said, they provide much needed clarity within the realm of high-gain.

I am enjoying all of your clips immensely. You are a very gifted musician. I certainly hope you will keep us informed as to the progress of your album. I know that I'll certainly buy a copy for myself and a few for some of my musician friends.

Lift Off - First track recorded with the AXE FX II!

Loved the clean tone! But I wasn't too crazy about the distorted git; sounded a bit "splatty" to me. And BTW, it's a cool tune. I hope you continue to work it and post an update.

Tone Merchants and Matrix GT800FX

I ordered a Matrix GT800FX through Tone Merchants on Aug. 23, 2011. I received an email that the unit had arrived and was being shipped to me today. I just wanted to mention it in case anyone else was awaiting that first shipment.
