Optical Encoder in XL

Hey, was wondering if the new optical encoder of the XL is compatible with the Mark I? I got one of the first Axe II..and a broken encoder with it. (there were having some issues back then) anyways...never saw the need to switch it or to repair it... though now they are selling the last batches...

Axe crashing while recording (Windows 8.1)

Hey, Using Cubase 7, and FW 16.02.... Axe crashes (high pitched noise...then no sound coming from the axe...have to restart the unit to get it working again) anyone who got the same prob? P.s. happens occasionally not always!

Any tips for buying an electro-acoustic guitar?

About Humbuster technology

Hey, just read the wiki entry about the humbuster technology. So i was wondering if it also reduces ground noise from my guitar? (if i plug it into my guitar to the axe) The wiki just states amps and other devices. So i was gonna make sure before buying one of these. Thanks in advance

Recommendation I/O Puffer Logic 9 Pro?

Which I7O Puffer would you recommend? 64/128/256? Also: are there any tricks to get down the latency? My latency is 9.0ms with 128 samples. And would you recommend to get a audio interface? Right now I'm using the built-in sound card for mac and a Creative X-Fi for Windows.

Usage of an American Axe-Fx in Europe
