Xitone still in business?

Every Fractal product I've purchased (back to Ultra days) they ask 'what product do you want Fractal to deliver' and I've always said FRFR speakers. I think I get why that never happened.

Does the FM9 devalue the FM3 on the used market?

I think the AX8 will be the real hit here. After the FM3 they have held their resale value fairly well, as people hung on to them due to the number of switches.

All-In-One Volume & Wah Pedal! - 60 Second Sounds #6

Cooper...one thing that happens with this setup (that I've used for years) is if you have no cables plugged in, it defaults to Wah engaged, Volume bypassed. Sometimes I like to grab my FM3 and just mess around without the pedal. Is there any way to flip this?

Adam A5X vs A7X. Is bigger better?

I ended up going with two A5x's and a sub8, vs two 7's just to save desk real estate, and I'm glad I did (would have been cheaper to just get two A7X's). Even before I added the sub I was happy with the highs from the 5's, and I am in an unfinished basement area, so lots of volume

Studio Monitor Recommendations

I have to put a recommendation in for Adam A5X's. I use two, along with an Adam Sub8. The sound is great (same ribbon tweeter) and a much smaller footprint. Price for this setup isn't cheaper than two A7X's though....

Recommend Studio Monitors

I had the same issue, and went with the Adam A5X’s instead of the 7’s...they are great, extremely clear, and the smaller footprint helps. Had to add the SUB8 under my desk to make up for the missing low-end, so didn’t really save any money going with 5’s, just space

Adam A3X vs A5X

I use a pair of A5X’s and love them. I had used 8” monitors for years, but wanted something that could sit on my desk, and was front ported. Coming from 8’s, I missed the extra bass, so I guess it depends on your starting point how much bass you think you need. I added a Sub-8 below my desk...

Gibson selling off their memphin TN factory

I toured their factory last year. Beautiful guitars, and I love their pride in what they do. It is the old Gibson factory, and they use all the original tooling, templates, etc. Still waiting to get 'approval' to start a build though.

RJM Mastermind GT 22 vs. Liquid Foot Pro+

Having been on this Forum and followed the different MIDI boards for the AX FX (pre and post MFC) I'll say that the complaint on the Liquid Foot has been inconsistent customer and product support. RJM seems to have been great on this from day one, although a pricier solution.

Had not planned on it, but sold my AX II XL & MFC MKIII about two month's after getting my AX8. It wasn't that I needed the money, but I could see the AX8 would fill my needs for at least a couple of years, and having been here since the Standard I felt like selling my XL now while it was still...

I use this (got the info from an old post on this forum) BRC-001-BH | Technician's Briefcase Style Work Box With Black Hardware ATA Style Briefcase. Works perfect. MFC, Mission Pedal (on it's side), and room for cables. I added the foam with it to hold everything in place. I could fit my...

Why is the CLR so much more popular in comparison to Matrix equivalents?

Couple of things why I went with the CLR....ordering in the states is easier with Atomic, and I wanted a wedge design, not a 1X12 cab. I seriously considered Xitone....great look and design, great durability, just not sure I wanted a poweramp with a fan.

Quick review of EBMM Gamechanger

I've owned an EBMM EVH since the mid 90's (which became the Axis), so I follow EBMM regularly. When this came out I was confused...is this something people have been screaming for? Not sure what they were thinking, but they do make a damn good guitar.

Tricks to breaking through a wall in your playing...

+1!! I thought I understood the use of the Pentatonics, and brushed it off as beginner-ish, but after going through a lesson on applying major/minor Pentatonic mixed over a changing chord progression it sounds 'jazzier' than anything I did with a mode.
