Cab Sim issue Out 1 Balanced and Unbalanced

Hi everyone. I need a little help. I'm a Axe Fx 2 MK 1 owner and I have an issue in the cab modelling section. Cab sim works thru unbalanced out 1 but in Balanced Out 1 (XLR) doesn't work. Can someone help me? I can't find any parameter in the tab section. Thanks in advance
