FM3 Footswitch Freeze still not resolved

After discovering the issur over a year ago, I am still having this issue of my foot switches on the FM3 freezing up. I have not gigged it yet so I wasn't using for long periods of time which is when the freeze would occur. Now I'm getting back out there and really need the footswitching...

Axe-Fx Standard not powering on - blown capacitor replacement?

I've had my Axe Fx for nearly a decade and has been super reliable. Last week it stopped powering up and on flashed a blank green lit lcd sceen- no fan noise, nothing else powering up like it normally would. I thought maybe the battery finally died so I replaced it. Didn't make a difference but...

Curious if anyone out there would like to share recipies and fav IR positions for the V2 Vintage 30 and G12M......I'm a bit stumped over what the categories and corresponding numbers translate to soundwise and auditioning each one is a very slow and tedious process. So far I'm not loving the few...

Converting RCF 312A into Coaxial FRFR with B&C speaker

Is this an insane idea? I'm thinking I could bypass the horn and replace the speaker in my RCF 312A with a 12" neodymium B&C coaxial. I realize it would not be the ideal but it could wind up as a better sounding solution than what's in there now.....

Tips on making corrective eq IR

I'm looking to make a corrective eq IR for an RCF 312A. How does one go about this process? What all is involved? I have a room calibration mic but not sure what freeware woud be useful for this. Do I send a 1k or sweep tone out of my DAW into the RCF and use the mic to capture the results back...

Help with Redwirez Uberkab v30 IR

I read so much positive feedback reguarding this speaker but it is one of the few that I can't get a sound I like out of. For those of you have had luck with it, can you give me an idea of which mic, distance and angle works best for you?
