Mic Preamps

Copying a channel from a block in one preset to a block in another

Hi folks can someone please tell me how to copy a channel from a block on 1 preset ( say channel a in the amp block ) to a different channel in a different preset in the Axe FX 3? I see that the new AXE EDIT has this function but it doesn't work for me.. There is a delay I like on one preset ...

do you need a direct box , to go direct into a mixer ..for FOH from Axe FX

Howdy I got my Atomic wedges a couple of days ago , and they sound fine .. Now I am going direct out of the Axe Fx , with XLR cables into a mackie 1604 Onyx mixer .I am not overly happy with the sound coming out of the FOH .. The Onyx preamp seems to color the sound a bit.. would direct boxes...

Anyone from Canada having this problem ordering MFC 101 ?

Updated from 10.1 to 10.3 and now problems with sys ID

Howdy as the title says I updated from 10.1 to 10.3 and my sys ID got changed from 125 to 00 01 74 , it will not allow me to change the settings ,and because of this I can no longer use Axe Edit ..any suggestions ? Thanks

trouble getting same delay as m13

For those playing in a worship / church setting

Just wanted to let you guys know that I have been getting some great crunch sounds with that new amp called 1987 mod ..basically turned the drive all the way up and turned the HF frequency down to 2.5 ...with some good delay and reverb it sounds amazing ..very warm One of my favorite sounds...

So I think I made a serious mistake ;mesa 20/20

I just recently bought 2 2X12 mesa roadster cabs with V30's . And I have my axe Fx going into a mesa 20/20 stereo tube pwoer amp . It sounded very good , but when playing with a group , it sounds a tad bit harsh . Well I did a bit of research and kept hearing about everyone with the mesa 20/20...

Question about these new atomic powered cabs

Got a big problem

I got the Fx editor was changing presets editing fine etc... Now I decided to firmware update . followewd the directions . The editor sent the file , the Axe says awaiting file . sat there for 10 min . still says awaiting file . Editor said do not unplug the axfx . but now the files is finished...
