    I'm currently running midi in and out from the Fractal to the USB port in my mac. Could you give me more detail? This setup was done because my original Fractal used it for firmware updates before the Fractal Bot was around and it required it a program that used this.

    I don't think you have to worry about the weight on the proocessor as the Ultra has a 500mghz processor. i would get a standard volume pedal and use it as a Wha. you can configure it right within the Ultra.
