Hi, all! I noticed that when I updated my FM9 firmware to the 8.02 beta, it reset all my amp block bypass mode setting to Thru versus Mute. I kept hearing dry signal bleed thru and it made me realize this was happening. Is there an easy way to update all presets so that the amp block bypass...

I installed the latest non-beta firmware and used the "Manage Presets" in FM9 Edit to select all the factory presets and "Reset Amp Blocks." It's almost finished updating. How do I get it to save all the updated factory presets now? Surely I don't have to go through 384 presets 1-by-1.

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding how it works. If I reset my amp blocks, all of my presets change, including factory and user presets. It seems like it would be difficult going into each preset and saving it 1-by-1.

That was my question as well. I sent the new banks to my FM9 using FractalBot. Assuming no new presets were added, but the previous presets were updated. Hence why they're all still named the same.

Analog delay with degrading repeats???

After you load the bank, you should either be able to click or double click on the patch you want to load. If that doesn't work, right click on the patch and select "Audition" or "Edit". That should work. I don't have it right in front of me but those have always worked for me. Wes

Quick question about using XLR out or 1/4" out on Axe-FX

Nicely done, Sean! I generally tend to freeze up a little much on tunes:) We do this song just a little different, but I've yet to try those little in between riffs that guys like Lincoln Brewster do. Good stuff! Wes

Thanks, man! I'll try to dial that in when I plug in next. Much appreciated! Saw him live in right when he was starting to use the Axe-FX and the LF Jr. Got to chat with his bass player (Norm Stockton) for a bit and met the man himself while he was on voice rest. The "mime-ing" was great!:)...

Sean, Thanks for the reply. I'll be strictly using my Strat with SCN single coils. I'd just like to get in close proximity to a lot of these tunes. With so many options, it's hard to know what amp and cab to even start with for a newb like me!:) I play direct to my pc and will be playing...
