How do I load a preset from the AXE-EDIT folder that uses a custom cabinet?

I dragged the cabs files to the cabs folder inside the Axe-Edit folder, but the presets can't seem to find them (even though I see them in the Axe-Manage window). Do I have to load the cabs into the Axe 2 in order to work?

Thanks, but now Im a bit confused :)

If you can't load the presets from the Axe-Edit folder, what would be the point of having a cabs folder there?

Also, If you do have to upload them to the Axe2, do I have to use Fractal Bot? It's about 40+Cabs presets and to my knowledge you can only do 1 file at the time.

I'm kind of new here, so sorry if I'm missing something obvious (which I probably am...)
 
Until EA 3.0 is released you shouldn't use Axe-Edit.
You should use the AFX front panel and Fractal Bot to manage the presets and cabs.

Fractal Bot will ask you per cab what slot you want to save it in. Then you can use the cab in the preset (front panel).
