FM9 via SPDIF to Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen' running Reaper DAW

Hi all.
If I'm not mistaken the FM9 internal clock is fixed to 48KHZ....?
Anyone has experience running the 9 to Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen' running Reaper DAW?
Is there any thing to do / config?
