Struggling to replicate this amazing tone, help please....

I've gone through all the fuzzy drive blocks, tried multiple blocks in series and parallel, and a few different amps. Dropping the cab block seems to help, but really, I'm getting close to nowhere near because I'm just stabbing around in the dark. Can someone with a bit more fuzz experience please give me some pointers for getting this tone on the FX III.

Thanks.

This guy nails it, but sadly not on the AXE.

So if it's direct, try using only the Cab block (no Amp) with the Totally Flat IR. Then use the Cab block preamp section to add Drive and Saturation to get you there.

Also I'm sure the different types of preamps will respond differently.

Thanks guys. I did dabble with dropping amp and cab, but on your advice I'll investigate it further. Any suggestions for the drive block?

And, what represents the console pre in the FX III? I'd presume the output block?

I'll give that a go, thanks.
