This is POD . Drop C.It might not even be a guitar at all. Maybe a baritone guitar, or a bass. Those notes are lower than anything a six-string guitar in standard tuning can achieve.

He lets them ring but the first 3 notes C,D#, F are just picked one time each.So you're saying he chokes each note before the next beat comes along?
