Set harmony with different intervals

Hey guys,

I've got a short melody consisting of 4 different notes (scale is c Aeolian minor I guess). I want to create a harmony to these notes, but with different intervals.
Like this:
1. note is an A and I need -5
2. note is a G and I need -2
3. note is an E and I need -3
4. note is an F and I need -3

I there a way to set the pitch to do this, except creating 3 channels with different settings?

Thanks,
kirk

"Custom shifter" pitch block type would be the easiest way to do that. You can set the shift value for each note for the selected global scale. See pitch block section of FAS blocks guide PDF for details.

Custom scales are MAGIC
FYI the Thin Lizzy bit can also be done using the "normal" diatonic harmony type & custom scale Ab-Bb-C-Db-Eb-F if you want to avoid using a global scale. This might sound better (with pitch quantize = smooth) if vibrato on the C gets a bit wide (>50 cents) because the harmony won't do a weird semitone jump.

If FAS added an option for the same tracking scheme in custom shift mode it could also work for Satriani's "Why" harmony. That's a good enough reason to add it IMO.
