FM3 Tuner Issue

Well apparently I can’t post video here. Tuner on the fm3 is not even close to the poly tune. When I get the polytune showing in tune the fractal is still showing the note substantial flat. Well I’m not sure. The reason I even checked was the needle seems so jumpy when trying to tune with with FM3 it’s hard to ever get it to stay between the arrows.
 
I've read this but still doesn't give a warm fuzzy feeling...lol. I think the strobe uses red and greens somehow.....that kind of sucks for colorblind folks.. : )

Are you connected to a computer or other digital device? If so, Is your sample rate at 48Khz? If not it will be wrong.
 
My polytune is on with the FM3 except the low E and the A string which is showing a little flat on the Polytune but in tune on the Fm3.
