Just a quick one to say what fabulous service G66 have just provided to me. Short story: MFC died on me...I enquired about getting it fixed....Jochen got right on helping me with this (note: G66 went through their standard procedure to prove this was a unit supplied by them, which required a bit of to and fro, but all sorted with minimal fuss).
The item was dispatched to Germany from the UK - and was fixed and returned within 2 weeks or so. And the most incredible thing: no cost to me other than postage to them.
G66, you rule - thank you for your 'out of this world' customer service.
