Using PEQ Solo and the MBC to Sculpt Your Tone

Now that the PEQ has the solo feature, we can use it together with the Multiband Compressor to surgically remove offensive frequencies from the high mids/highs as well as to tighten up the low end without destroying everything we love about our core guitar tones. Unlike botox and liposuction the end result is actually pretty desirable.

Nice! The better it sounds OOTB, the less likely some beer-soaked goomba at the house mixing board, er..., sound engineer, will mangle your entire top end to fix what two or three tiny PEQ dips would take care of....
